Refund Policy

For UK customers we accept returns within 14 days of purchase*.

For international customers we have extended our returns window to 30 days to allow plenty of time for your return to reach us. 

*To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused and with the original tags still attached, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Faults

We're so sorry about this. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Cherished Customer Support Team immediately on our contact us page or by emailing heretohelp@deweclothing.com

with your order number and they will advise further. Please be prepared to take some pictures of the item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to request a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

It can currently take up to 21 days to process your return after your order arrives back to our returns centre. If it has passed this time period, please do reach out to our Cherished Customer Support Team who can help. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your credit usually within 7 working days.
