Q. Why did you pivot your brand from designing clothes for short stature to designing for all adults 5ft and under?
A. After going viral at London Fashion Week in 2022, Chamiah received unprecedented responses from women all over the world who measured 5ft or under, they reported being able-bodied and struggling to find clothes that fit, off the rack for their entire lives. The fashion industry makes petite clothing to fit women who measure 5ft - 5’4”, yet there are millions of women in the U.K., Europe and the U.S.A. who measure under 5ft.

A. Yes!! Our clothing is for anyone under 5ft. While we started our journey by designing clothing for people of short stature, we’ve recognised the need for inclusion for all extra petite bodies.
